About The Position

Fusion Technology is a performance-driven HUBZone Small Business concern located in West Virginia, specializing in IT services and solutions for US Government programs and the Intel Community. This position is located in Chantilly, VA. The Business Systems Analyst will support technology resources and modernization missions by collecting and documenting user requirements, formulating recommendations, and implementing solutions related to Integrated Governance. They will provide customer support for application screening for mobile devices, conduct functional testing, and manage stakeholder reviews. The role involves documenting findings, maintaining application status records, contributing to portfolio briefings, facilitating user notifications, and submitting various reports on IT expenditures, inventory, and use. The analyst will also create and execute project plans, communication plans, and refined communications products for technology governance, manage administrative duties for working groups, and establish relationships with stakeholders within and outside the OCIO.

Requirements

  • Possession of a TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to use Mobile App Scanning with DOJ Mobile App Security and/or the Agency's Enterprise Security Operations Center.

Responsibilities

  • Collects/documents/assesses user requirements, formulates recommendations, and implements solutions related to Integrated Governance.
  • Provides customer support to Agency personnel requesting applications to be screened for use or installation on Agency mobile IT devices.
  • Conducts functional testing of applications on FBI Devices with the Mobility Program Office (MPO).
  • Conducts stakeholder reviews and provides recommendations.
  • Documents findings from the application screening process and maintains accurate records of application status.
  • Contributes to portfolio briefings on the status of the mobile application review program and recently updated applications.
  • Facilitates monthly user notifications and reminders to update DOJ Investment Metrics.
  • Facilitates the submission of the IT Acquisition Report (ITAR) to the DOJ.
  • Reports quarterly Integrated Data Collection (IDC) reports regarding IT expenditures, inventory, and use.
  • Reports on other Ad-Hoc reporting and data calls regarding the Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) processes.
  • Submits deliverables each month to the Unit Chief for review and approval.
  • Submits four IDC reports each year to the Unit Chief for review and approval.
  • Facilitates the quarterly collection and review of updates and executive level talking points on technology risks from subject matter experts.
  • Delivers key strategic planning documentation including the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Form 300.
  • Creates and executes project plans, communication plans, and refined communications products for overall technology governance.
  • Manages administrative and logistical duties for multi-division working groups.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with working level stakeholders within and outside of the OCIO, including external partners.
