We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst (Fixed-term) to join our IPfolio team, based in Belgrade. Based in Belgrade, you will be part of a global Product Management organization and collaborate with a team of experienced Business Analysts and Product Owners located across multiple regions. Reporting to the Director of Product Management in Austria, you will work closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to support the evolution of our IPfolio platform.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 1 year of experience working within the Intellectual Property domain (e.g., law firms, corporate legal departments, or IP service providers)
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in English.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Salesforce, or a willingness to learn and work with the platform.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and leverage tools to organize and manage work.
Experience partnering with Product, UX, and Engineering teams in complex enterprise software environments.
Exposure to SaaS products and cloud-based business applications.
Understanding of end-to-end product development lifecycles in Agile environments.
Working experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.

Responsibilities

Support discovery activities to understand business needs, identify challenges, and contribute to solution design.
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and product requirements, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, consistent, and testable.
Assist with requirements workshops, stakeholder discussions, and implementation activities.
Collaborate with product, delivery, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business and user needs.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in client and internal meetings, providing analysis and support for implementation projects.
Support end users by investigating software issues, resolving queries where possible, and escalating complex issues when needed.
