Is recognized for their ability to collaborate on medium- to large-scale projects and for their knowledge of business analysis practices and tools.
Has five (5) to ten (10) years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role requires collaborating, both verbally and in writing, with unilingual English-speaking developers and certain vendors on a weekly basis.

Nice To Haves

A business analysis certification
Familiarity with BABOK, IIBA, Agile SAFe, and BPMN are considered assets.
Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business needs based on strategic and operational objectives, and translate them into clear and detailed requirements (features).
Identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions aligned with business needs, including assessing their suitability as well as associated costs and benefits.
Prepare and maintain project documentation (business cases, requirements, etc.), communicate requirements to stakeholders, and ensure their understanding and validation.
Develop current- and future-state process maps, manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, and contribute to change management activities.
Collaborate in the development of testing strategies, the identification of risks, issues, and performance indicators, and participate in testing activities.
