About The Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst with proven experience in conducting requirement workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs. The role involves eliciting, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements in the form of User Stories for P&C Insurance PAS systems (like INSIS) and Broker Portal Applications. A good understanding of documenting requirements for External Portals developed from scratch is essential. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of the P&C Insurance and Medical Insurance Domain, particularly from the USA/UAE market, and significant experience in creating workflow and activity diagrams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or portal development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, requirements engineering, and Agile delivery.
  • Strong understanding of API-based integrations, workflows, and self-service capabilities.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance/financial services domain highly desirable.
  • CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for the portal.
  • Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure portal usability and customer-centric design.
  • Work with technical teams on API integrations, data flows, and system interactions.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and end-user training by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements through design, build, and testing phases.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clarifying business rules during development.
