About The Position

We are looking for a Duck Creek Policy Business Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective insurance policy administration solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, gather requirements, and support the successful implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in Duck Creek Policy implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of insurance policy administration processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, UAT, and process analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution quality.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and related documentation.
• Assist with project implementation, change management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress and communicate risks, dependencies, and updates.
