About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. This role involves creating and managing project backlogs, documenting business processes, and supporting quality assurance activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Monday.com.
• Experience creating and managing epics, features, user stories, and project backlogs.
• 5+ years of experience understanding BA, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities.
• 5+ years of experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting clear, testable business requirements.
• Experience creating test plans and supporting Quality Assurance activities.
• Experience working with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA Testers, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using BA tools such as Figma and Visio is preferred.
• 2+ years of QA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage epics, features, user stories, and project backlogs.
• Document as-is and to-be business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document clear, testable business requirements.
• Create test plans and support Quality Assurance activities.
• Work with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA Testers, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders.
• Create product roadmaps.
• Utilize strong documentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
