Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document business requirements and process workflows clearly and accurately.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira or similar project and ticket management software.
  • Experience writing and executing basic Microsoft SQL queries.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting software development or system integration projects.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and release management processes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the scope of software projects and gather business requirements.
  • Translate user and business needs into detailed functional requirements and technical specifications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT/development teams.
  • Ensure software solutions meet business requirements and operational objectives.
  • Support software development projects by communicating priorities, requirements, and project status.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and supporting application issues alongside production support teams.
  • Conduct project risk assessments and manage changing business requirements.
  • Participate in testing activities and assist with release validation prior to production deployments.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to help ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, workflows, system processes, and solution designs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, efficiency, and system functionality.
