We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst Intern to support data analysis, reporting, and automation initiatives in a mission‑driven non‑profit organization. If you enjoy working with data, building dashboards, and improving how systems and processes work, this role is for you. This opportunity is available to current Ontario‑based university students.
Requirements
- 3rd or 4th year university student (Business, Data, IT, CS, or related)
- Experience with Power BI, data visualization, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to explain data insights to non‑technical audiences
- Interest in data management, automation, and process improvement
- Alignment with non‑profit values and community impact
- Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate data using Power BI and Excel
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership, programs, and funders
- Support data quality, documentation, and reporting accuracy
- Map workflows and identify opportunities for automation
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with program, operations, and technology teams
