About The Position

We are looking for a motivated new graduate to join our team as a Business Analyst. This role combines accounting, financial analysis, and digital transformation. You'll gain hands-on experience with accounting processes while using tools such as Power BI, Workato, and AI technologies to analyze data, automate workflows, and improve business processes. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in data analytics, automation, and business process improvement.
Experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data models.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in an office environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A team player with a proactive approach to improving processes.

Responsibilities

Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), or project accounting.
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
Support month-end close and financial reporting.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for financial analysis.
Help streamline accounting processes by integrating systems using tools such as Workato, AI tools and other automation solutions.
Participate in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Support other accounting tasks and special projects as needed.
