Business Analyst Specialist
About The Position
The Business Analyst serves as a critical bridge between business intent and execution, with ownership across the full delivery lifecycle. This role requires the ability to learn and master new subject matter quickly, translate learnings into clear documentation, and communicate context clearly with team members and leadership. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving fortitude are essential. The ideal candidate will possess clear verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with executive-style summarization. This role involves working closely with Embedded team members and stakeholders to translate business needs into complete, executable requirements for business, risk, and product stakeholders. The ability to decompose complex initiatives into distinct workstreams and partner with cross-functional teams (including Product Managers, Risk and Technology Partners, Legal Counsel, and Operations Team Members) to drive progress and deliver outcomes is crucial. Demonstrated ability to obtain alignment across cross-functional teams and to identify gaps or risks in the delivery process, while being comfortable highlighting potential blockers to cross-functional teams and leadership, is expected. Familiarity with product and project management principles is required, along with prior experience within financial services, specifically with exposure to risk, compliance, and regulatory concepts. This position offers a Hybrid work arrangement.
