Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering business and IT analytical work packages, including current-state and future-state assessments, process and workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, business requirements documentation, cost-benefit analysis, and financial analysis
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting human resources business functions and HR information systems
- Strong understanding of data warehouses, data sources, and data relationships
- Strong knowledge of business rules and modeling techniques, including architecture, use cases, conceptual and logical data modeling, and non-functional requirements
- Strong stakeholder management, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced proficiency with modeling tools such as Visio and Draw.io

- Cost-benefit and supporting financial analysis
- Supporting human resources business functions and HR information systems
- Generating meaningful insights and reports from data warehouses, data sources, and data relationships
- Applying business rules and modeling techniques, including architecture, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, business rules, and functional and non-functional requirements
- Stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving
- Supporting multiple project deadlines and documentation needs
- Engaging effectively with senior leadership, subject matter experts, and internal and external stakeholders
- Current-state assessment report
- Recommendation report
- Business requirements documentation
- Stakeholder management analysis
- Functional and non-functional requirements
- Functional specifications for workflows and system changes (including SAP)
- Requirements analysis and gap analysis
- Feasibility assessments
- Functional and detailed design documentation
