About The Position

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master with strong expertise in data projects, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management. The role involves translating business needs into data-driven solutions and delivering measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of BA experience, preferably in data projects
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) environments
• Hands-on UAT experience
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Power BI
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in finance / capital markets (equities)
• Knowledge of data warehousing / analytics ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria (BDD/Gherkin).
• Perform data analysis using SQL and support data validation.
• Lead end-to-end UAT, including planning, execution, and sign-off.
• Work within Agile teams; manage backlog using Jira.
• Engage senior stakeholders, manage priorities, and drive decisions.
• Develop dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure strong focus on end-user experience and usability.
