About The Position

The client is seeking a senior business analyst capable of quickly integrating into large-scale projects within the savings ecosystem, in a context of dynamic projects and multiple interdependencies. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor (documented analyses, process modeling, performance indicator tracking) with strong communication skills (facilitating workshops, simplifying complex concepts, creating visuals). This role is business-oriented, working closely with Product Owners, Business Architecture consultants, and business partners. Knowledge of the savings, retirement, or life insurance sector is essential for the expected integration speed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant business analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Fluent French (spoken and written)
• Functional English (spoken and written)
• Experience in business analysis for large-scale projects or in a multi-stakeholder context.
• Experience in business process modeling or documentation.

• Facilitation of workshops with stakeholders (optimization, innovation, performance)
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and produce visuals that support understanding
