About The Position

We are seeking an analytical and data-driven Business Analyst – Revenue Management to support pricing strategy and revenue optimization initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex data into actionable insights and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions. As a key member of our analytics team, you will proactively gather, organize, and analyze data related to pricing, profitability, and customer demand. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions that impact revenue performance and margin optimization across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data analysis within a business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights, especially related to pricing, revenue, or profitability.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BI platforms and data systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to pricing, financial, or sales data within manufacturing, distribution, or service-based environments.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis, data manipulation, or exploratory modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions related to pricing, profitability, and revenue performance.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports (pricing analysis, margin performance, demand trends, customer segmentation) using Power BI and other BI tools.
  • Monitor pricing effectiveness and revenue metrics against strategic objectives and targets.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends in customer behavior, price sensitivity, and market demand.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership to translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and scalable analytical tools that strengthen revenue management capabilities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business model, pricing strategy, and market dynamics to support data-informed decisions.
