About The Position

This is a temporary project role for a Business Analyst specializing in Reporting, estimated to last 12 months with possible extensions. The position requires 100% of the time to be spent at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with no telecommuting or remote work allowed. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Candidates must be able to relocate as required. The role involves developing, refining, and maintaining key performance metrics and reporting frameworks, leveraging advanced MS Office skills for data analysis and presentation, and designing process improvements for automation. The analyst will also build interactive dashboards using Power BI and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting process improvement.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
• Business analysis or reporting experience (5+ years)
• Experience with MS Office products
• Experience in multi-source data aggregation and manual calculations

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with metrics development & monthly reporting

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain key performance metrics and reporting frameworks aligned with business objectives
• Leverage advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to analyze data, model calculations, and present insights to stakeholders
• Design and implement process improvements and automation workflows to transition manual reporting toward fully automated solutions
• Build interactive dashboards and visual analytics using Power BI to enhance data accessibility and decision-making
• Analyze and interpret aggregated data to produce actionable business insights and recommendations for leadership and operational teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data sources, ensure calculation accuracy, and support continuous improvement of reporting processes
