About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and workflow solutions using traditional reporting and emerging AI platforms. The position focuses on delivering scalable, accurate, and user-friendly reporting to support performance monitoring, operational visibility, and self-serve insights. The analyst will analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities, providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations. A key aspect of the role involves translating complex analysis into actionable information for diverse stakeholders, coordinating user acceptance testing, and ensuring data integrity through governance, reconciliation, and documentation practices. The position also involves partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business questions into analytics solutions, and identifying process improvements through automation and continuous learning. Additionally, the role contributes to the enterprise data strategy, defines and implements data models, and maintains data architecture documentation. Monitoring data pipelines, resolving data issues, and performing data migration, reconciliation, and validation are also core responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics/Data Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics engineering.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Strong analytical, data modelling, and data visualization skills.
  • Experience developing reporting solutions and dashboards for business users.
  • Ability to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, including translating business needs into technical solutions and presenting findings clearly.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflow solutions using traditional reporting and emerging AI platforms.
  • Deliver scalable, accurate, user-friendly reporting that supports performance monitoring, operational visibility, and self-serve insights.
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable information for diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, quality assurance, and data accuracy for reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Identify and apply data governance, reconciliation, and documentation practices to ensure integrity and reliability of reporting outputs. Support audits and compliance inquiries.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into analytics solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, improved design, and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to defining and delivering the enterprise data strategy.
  • Define and implement data models aligned to enterprise standards; maintain data architecture documentation.
  • Monitor pipelines and resolve data issues; perform data migration, reconciliation, and validation.
