This role supports upcoming ICI (IMPACT) platform upgrade initiatives and future release cycles within the internal ecosystem. The Business Analyst/Quality Assurance professional will conduct impact analysis on existing workflows, screens, file feeds, and operational processes affected by platform upgrades. They will review prior upgrade cycles to document lessons learned, testing approaches, timelines, and operational impacts. The role involves working closely with Operations and Technology teams to document current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. A key responsibility is translating manual functional testing activities into repeatable testing workflows and automation opportunities where applicable. The position also coordinates SIT/UAT testing activities, including test case creation, execution tracking, defect coordination, and validation. Additionally, the role validates existing file structures, compares outputs against current production processes and historical data, and collaborates with stakeholders supporting ClearancePro and related downstream operational applications. The Business Analyst/Quality Assurance professional will assist in documenting business requirements, workflow diagrams, functional specifications, and testing procedures, and participate in scoping sessions and release planning discussions with internal teams and vendors. Regular updates on testing progress, risks, dependencies, and operational impacts will be provided to project stakeholders.
