About The Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst / QA Analyst to join a cross-functional Agile team supporting a custom healthcare application and a major modernization effort. This is a true hybrid role requiring someone who can both define requirements and validate them through testing, with a strong focus on understanding business logic end-to-end. The role will split time between writing and refining user stories, gathering requirements, and working in Azure DevOps, as well as creating and executing manual test cases across UI, APIs, and SQL data. Candidates will support ongoing enhancements, production defect resolution, and a legacy-to-cloud transformation (Angular/.NET), while ensuring clear traceability between requirements and testing.

Requirements

End-to-end system understanding (business logic + data flow)
Ability to understand how requirements translate through the application stack (UI, API, database) and validate that the system behaves correctly based on real business workflows.
Manual QA across web, API, and SQL layers
Hands-on experience testing full-stack applications, including UI validation, API behavior, and backend data checks using SQL to ensure functionality works holistically.
Requirements ownership in Azure DevOps
Strong ability to write, manage, and trace user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases in Azure DevOps, ensuring clear alignment between what is built and what is tested.
