About The Position

This role requires a Business Analyst with Project Lead capabilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple reporting requirements and supporting regulatory compliance projects. The position involves creating clear process flows and technical documentation. The contractor must provide their own equipment, as Lumen and its clients will not supply laptops or monitors. Access to a virtual desktop will be provided for system and technology access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of Business Analysis experience
• Technical Writing Experience
• Ability to create effective and clear process flows/similar diagrams in PowerPoint or Visio

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing
