About The Position
This role requires a Financial Business Analyst with specific experience in Child Support Systems, focusing on financial operations and system design for complex workflows. The selected contractor will be responsible for project leadership within this domain. Lumen and its clients will not provide equipment; the contractor must supply their own. Access to a virtual desktop environment will be provided for system and technology access.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Financial Business Analyst in more than one Child Support System.
- Experience working with financial operations (such as receipts, distribution, disbursements, recoupment, and/or reconciliation) in more than one Child Support System.
- Experience in system designing and developing processes for complex workflows.
- Must have own equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.).
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager.
- Experience with SQL query skills to extract, validate, and interpret data for decision making.
- Experience with SharePoint.
