About The Position

At Gills Point S, we’re focused on building a more consistent, data-driven business across our stores. Pricing plays a critical role in how we grow, compete, and deliver for our customers. We’re looking for a Business Analyst – Pricing & Market Strategy who can turn data into decisions and strategy into real impact at the store level. This role isn’t just about spreadsheets—it’s about understanding how pricing, customer behavior, and market dynamics come together to drive growth, margin, and consistency across our business.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with business acumen
  • Experience in pricing, finance, or data analytics (3–6+ years)
  • Advanced Excel skills + experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Someone who can connect the dots between data, operations, and customer experience

  • Understand the tire/auto service industry—product mix, seasonality, and competitive dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Analyze pricing, cost, and margin across tires, parts, and services
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Partner with operations and field leaders to bring pricing strategies to life in stores
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
  • Build and maintain pricing models and dashboards (GP, margin, discount usage)
  • Identify gaps in execution and help fix them
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and overall pricing discipline
