Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of business analysis experience, with exposure to Pega projects.
• Familiarity with Pega Infinity Platform, Constellation UX, and design concepts.
• Understanding of Common Data Model and integration touchpoints.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Pega Business Architect certification.

Responsibilities

• Support requirement gathering and documentation for Pega implementations in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance.
• Assist in creating user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for domain-specific use cases such as loan servicing, policy management, and trade reconciliation.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure solution alignment with BCM and Insurance business rules and compliance standards.
• Participate in UAT and training sessions with a focus on financial and insurance operations.
