About The Position

The Business Analyst, Operations partners with field leaders and cross-functional teams to turn operational data into insights that improve performance and support decision-making. Success in this role starts with curiosity. The analyst will ask questions, explore data, challenge assumptions, and uncover opportunities that help the business operate more effectively. This role is responsible for maintaining and governing operational data, developing reporting and analytical solutions, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and operational outcomes across Agiliti.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to support decision-making.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, presentations, or analytical tools preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and presentations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Govern and maintain operational data sets to ensure accuracy, consistency, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish and maintain KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Structure, validate, and analyze large data sets from multiple systems and sources.
  • Support data governance efforts by defining data standards, business definitions, and reporting best practices.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Serve as a Smartsheet SME and advise teams on reporting, workflow, and visualization solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives, process improvement efforts, and special projects led by Operations Excellence.
  • Establish and maintain standard processes, tools, and performance measures.
  • Travel up to 10% as needed.
