Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience documenting business processes and workflows
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
  • Experience supporting process improvement or operational initiatives
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage detailed work effectively
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in structured project environments alongside project managers
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies
  • Experience evaluating or selecting tools, systems, or solution options
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder, complex environments
  • Background supporting relocations, outsourcing, co-sourced transitions, facility buildouts, remodels, or large-scale operational changes
  • Experience working in public sector or highly regulated organizations
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar are beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

  • Documenting current-state operational processes, workflows, business rules, and pain points
  • Analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Creating clear, structured deliverables such as process maps, use cases, requirements documentation, and workflow diagrams
  • Facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and translating discussions into actionable requirements
  • Defining and validating future-state processes aligned to operational goals
  • Tracking detailed tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues within your assigned workstream
  • Supporting operational testing, validation activities, implementation readiness, and execution activities
  • Preparing documentation, reporting materials, and updates for leadership and stakeholder groups
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, operational leaders, and cross-functional teams
