The Business Analyst, Operations & Transformation, plays a critical role in supporting Keystone’s enterprise transformation initiatives. This position serves as the analytical bridge between business stakeholders and operational solutions, ensuring transformation decisions are driven by clear requirements, measurable outcomes, and rigorous analysis. This position is responsible for facilitating requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, KPI development and performance measurement, participation in Business Process Reviews (BPRs), and Applied Epic conversion support. Working as part of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), the Business Analyst will partner with executive leadership, agency stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define success metrics, gather and document business requirements, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to agency integration and system transformation efforts. This role is primarily focused on business analysis, process evaluation, and stakeholder management, with data analytics serving as a supporting capability. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in insurance operations, experience evaluating and improving business processes, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable solutions.
