About The Position

This role will support the design and regulatory readiness of a Personal Investment Account (PIA) proposition. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding current customer journeys, shaping future-state digital experiences, supporting detailed design activities, and preparing the organisation for the publication of Government scheme rules.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expertise in process mapping and future-state design.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated experience translating strategic concepts into structured requirements and design outputs.
  • A valid working permit for Ireland is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

  • Investment or wealth management experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience supporting digital propositions, customer journey design, or transformation programmes is advantageous.
  • Customer journey mapping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess existing advice journeys, customer touchpoints, and supporting processes.
  • Support the design and definition of future-state digital customer journeys and operating models.
  • Facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple business units and partner organisations where appropriate.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to translate concepts into detailed business requirements and design inputs.
  • Analyse customer journeys, including considerations for vulnerable customers, joint accounts, and other specialised scenarios.
  • Support planning and requirements for digital experiences, including website journeys, calculators, financial literacy tools, and self-service capabilities.
  • Validate programme assumptions and assess alignment following the publication of Government scheme rules.
  • Maintain requirements traceability and contribute to governance documentation.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations using clear, business-focused language.
