About The Position

This role provides scheduling support for User Acceptance Testing for NextGen ERP, which includes reserving rooms, sending invites, configuring rooms, ordering food and beverages, providing on-site support for testing, and logging defects under the direction of testing leads. When testing is not active, the position will offer facility and logistical support, tracking support, and assist in coordinating and planning events and large meetings for team health and development activities, ranging from lunch and learns to major all-hands meetings.

Requirements

  • Mastery of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to balance multiple calendar demands at one time
  • Knowledge of basic room AV – Wifi connectivity
  • Organization of tracking defects, tracking of participants, cancelations, room reservations, ordering, and budget spend tracking
  • Ability to make presentations
  • Focus on safety, and proactive ideas to manage and organize space
  • Ability to quickly re-prioritize work while handling multiple simultaneous requests
  • Focus on high-quality deliverables on time
  • Strong oral and written communication with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to manage small projects autonomously
  • Expertise in tracking and reporting tools: minimum of advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint skills, as well as Outlook
  • Associate's Degree required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an inventory of facility issues, report issues to the correct party, and track resolution
