About The Position

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be a subject matter expert and program leader responsible for analyzing organizational needs, managing complex initiatives, and driving significant improvements across the enterprise. This role blends hands-on analytical and staff support functions with strategic leadership to enhance business processes, ensure compliance, and guide programs within a specialized domain. Operating with increasing autonomy, you will handle tasks ranging from assisting with policies and IT audit support to leading major process re-engineering projects. You'll utilize deep expertise to manage projects, advise leadership, mentor team members, and ensure the successful alignment of programs with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a functional or cross-functional business area, such as Information Technology, Project Management, GEOINT, or Information Assurance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with specialized tools, such as MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA
  • Experience in project management, process improvement methodologies, Six Sigma, and leadership
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business, management, or a related technical field is required or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to develop reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Lead and manage projects and business process improvements, including planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Supporting developing and aligning strategic guidance, policies, and performance assessments to organizational goals.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and oversight in areas such as IT strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, and continuity planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and mentor teams to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
