About The Position

Amentum is seeking a Mid Targeting Analyst to support our USSPACECOM program in Colorado Springs, CO. Duties: Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations. Performs, documents, and tracks database nominations, creates and updates the database, and upload targeting materials (TMs) into databases to include relevant space / counter-space data into the Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB) in a format that can interface with targeting processes and tools to include the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT) on a weekly basis. Develops daily target nomination packets, create database records, and database target intelligence products. The Targeting Analyst will produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment requirements. Conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. Desired education/training: successful completion of in-resident Joint Targeting course, the Geospatial Imagery / Targeting Analyst course, or the Air Operation Center Course. Requirements: Must possess a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph. 8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least four years of the experience within the last 2 years. Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Compensation & Benefits: $120,000 - $130,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Requirements
