Targeting Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a targeting analyst, you use your specialized experience and your attention to detail to develop products and coordinate with partners to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a Targeting Analyst on our team, you will develop targets and target systems for lethal and non-lethal engagements. You will produce target nominations and create database records and database intelligence products. You will produce all-source damage assessments and battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment requirements. You will perform target list management and target strategy development and provide joint target intelligence support. You will also provide recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives. Join us. The world can't wait.

Requirements

• Knowledge of joint targeting tools and processes
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience providing target analysis in the IC, or 11+ years of experience providing target analysis in the IC in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting DIA or CyberCom
• Master's degree
