We’re looking for you, a Business Management Analyst who can make things better in the Intelligence Community. This position will allow you to work with a client’s organization to help solve challenges, gather business requirements, build better business processes, and create efficiencies. You will develop and refine executive-level decision support materials, focusing on clear synthesis of key insights, risks, and recommended actions. Like to see plans in action? You will oversee planning and execution of recurring office-wide forums, optimizing processes, participation, and follow-through on action items. You will establish and maintain performance tracking frameworks, including portfolio metrics and measures of effectiveness, to inform continuous improvement. You will build trusted relationships with your client to produce executive briefings that align client organizational priorities, support strategic decision-making, and drive operational outcomes. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in business process improvement, change management, performance management, or systems integration
  • Experience working collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to create and present executive level briefings and reports
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-tempo Front Office environment, applying sound judgment, and prioritization to support mission objectives
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and competing demands by implementing adaptive planning and workload management processes
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with facilities management
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exists
  • Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to help identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree
