As a Business Analyst - Medicaid Claims - Hybrid at Gainwell, you will use technology to help clients improve the health and well-being of the communities they serve. This client-facing role with the State of Florida requires strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion for solving complex healthcare challenges. You must be able to work independently, manage responsibilities effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Your role in our mission Play a critical role in helping Gainwell meet client objectives by: Supporting business analyst team activities on IT projects and contributing to a collaborative team environment Working with the Business Analyst Advisor and clients to develop business specifications at the start of technical projects Analyzing, planning, designing, and documenting business processes, and recommending improvements aligned with client technology goals Verifying requirements by creating, executing, and validating test results Using analytical and database tools such as Excel or SQL to support testing and system changes.
