The client is looking for a person who has a 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst - Journeyman. This role involves developing and maintaining an understanding of key business processes and policies, assisting business units with process improvements, and resolving system issues. The analyst will track software trends, provide recommendations for system upgrades, and gather requirements for new or existing systems. Responsibilities include participating as a consultant in software evaluations, serving on system implementation teams for fit/gap analysis, system configuration, and creating requirements traceability matrices and test cases. The role also involves documenting interface control documents, re-engineered business processes, and IT roles/responsibilities. Additionally, the analyst will provide input into project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, assist in developing project proposals and business cases, and perform cost/benefit analysis.
