About The Position

Support the SAP S/4HANA product team as a Business Analyst on a multi-year ERP implementation and upgrade effort. This role will partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to gather requirements, create user stories, support backlog refinement, participate in Agile ceremonies, and assist with testing and validation activities across multiple SAP teams.

Requirements

SAP S/4HANA or other ERP experience as a Business Analyst (SAP strongly preferred)
Accounting and Finance software/process experience supporting technical product delivery and ERP initiatives
Agile Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering, backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, and software delivery support
8-10 years of Business Analyst experience preferred (flexible for exceptional candidates)
ERP implementation or transformation experience required
SAP S/4HANA experience highly preferred
Finance and accounting process knowledge strongly preferred
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience supporting UAT/testing efforts
Experience working directly with stakeholders and business users
Agile/Scrum experience required
Ability to work across multiple SAP modules; no specific module expertise required
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work directly with business partners and customers
Self-motivated and quick learner
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to quickly understand complex business processes
Experience collaborating across technical and business teams in an Agile environment
