About The Position
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support infrastructure projects across Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365/O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite.
- Experience working on IT Infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and customer-service focus.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvements.
- Perform data analysis, research, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Support testing, implementation, and deployment of technology solutions.
- Develop procedures, provide user training and support, and improve existing systems.
- Prepare RFPs and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and deliverables.
