The Insurance Analyst will serve as a critical analytical and strategic resource within the insurance organization, acting as the central authority on insurance data, performance insights, and product intelligence. This role is responsible for translating complex insurance, claims, and portfolio data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, product evolution, and overall program profitability. The Analyst will work independently across a wide range of initiatives, including evaluating competitor products and filings, analyzing loss and claims trends, monitoring policy adoption and client behavior, and assessing catastrophe exposure. This individual will play a key role in developing a deep understanding of the business at both a portfolio and product level. In addition to analysis, the role requires strong business acumen and the ability to influence outcomes through data-driven recommendations. The Analyst will support the development of pricing strategies, policy and contract language, and underwriting guidelines, while also ensuring internal stakeholders have access to accurate reporting, dashboards, and ROI tools. This position requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who can operate autonomously, synthesize large datasets, and communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
