About The Position

The Business Analyst II – Provider Fee Schedules translates basic business needs into application software requirements. The role gathers and analyzes business requirements related to provider fees and fee schedules and collaborates with programming staff on software development. It is hybrid, requiring associates to work in-office 1–2 days per week. Alternate locations may be considered for candidates within commuting distance of an office; candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance generally will not be considered unless an accommodation is required by law.

Requirements

A BA/BS and at least 3 years of related business analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for associates in URAC-accredited areas.
Problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills for associates in URAC-accredited areas.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.
Previous managed care or insurance experience.
Experience working with provider fees, fee schedules, or reimbursements.
Strong understanding and practical application of SQL, TOAD, and DBViz.

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs to determine the optimal means of meeting them.
