This role involves collaborating with key functions like IT, Training, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Sales to effect change by understanding needs, tailoring solutions, and working with the Value Management Office to deliver change. The position requires assessing business needs, providing recommendations and detailed requirements for solutions, and acting as an internal advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. Subject matter expertise on global processes and systems is crucial, as is collaboration with third-party implementation partners. The role also involves reviewing new and updated processes, leading risk assessment discussions, and actively learning digital systems to an expert level. Participation in project meetings for system enhancements and new systems is expected, along with a commitment to personal and professional development.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of five years required in a relevant role or professional services, ideally in a relevant sector – i.e. logistics or technology leadership.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline ideal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communications skills - capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate with global resources to understand, document and discuss new proposed enhancements to processes and systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to the IT teams and work closely with them to ensure technical solutions met the business requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate and understand IT proposed solutions.
  • Ability to translate and present IT proposed solutions to the business teams and work closely with them to ensure business requirements are met by technical solutions.

Responsibilities
