You’ll partner with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to run discovery through interviews, workshops, and shadowing, translating needs into structured requirements. You’ll create end-to-end process maps, RACI matrices, and SIPOC diagrams, documenting measurable acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements. Using data storytelling, you’ll frame trade-offs and options, delivering analysis and artifacts with minimal rework and clear audit trails. You’ll leverage AI and automation to accelerate analysis, identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, and ensure quality. You’ll coordinate dependencies across teams, track decisions and assumptions, and align stakeholders on scope, timeline, and risks.
