About The Position

Our client, a major European retailer undergoing a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation, is strengthening identity governance, modernising authentication and authorisation mechanisms, and building scalable identity processes across the enterprise. Within this programme, regional enablement teams drive alignment between local operations and global platform teams - ensuring structured planning, readiness, and delivery across all IAM workstreams. You join as the dedicated Business Analyst for the Belgium & South-East Europe (BeSEE) regional enablement team. You own the structuring, documentation, and planning preparation for this region's IAM transformation activities - translating programme milestones into actionable breakdowns and ensuring regional inputs are collected, consolidated, and aligned with the broader programme roadmap. This is an analysis and structuring role, not a delivery execution position. About Riverflex Riverflex was founded in Amsterdam and London in 2018, eventually growing into a global team of consultants united by a mission to help courageous leaders drive transformative change. Today, we offer an integrated service through three service pillars: strategy and transformation consulting that Creates Change, talent services that Build Teams, and business-accelerating products that Augment Intelligence.
