As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding, analyzing, and translating business needs into actionable insights and solutions. You will be at the forefront of data interpretation, process improvement, and strategic alignment, acting as a key bridge between business objectives and technical execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-obsessed mindset, and the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders to drive growth and deliver value.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year relevant work experience; demonstrates foundational analysis skills.
  • Minimal to no prior knowledge of Products, market, and business operations needed.
  • Ability to assist in data collection, research, and analysis to support product lifecycle activities.
  • Ability to help prepare and maintain basic business analysis documentation (e.g., reports, process documentation).
  • Ability to identify and refine data that supports project-level research and decisions.
  • Ability to operate with direct oversight from a more senior Business Analyst or team lead.
  • Ability to contribute to projects with structured weekly check-ins and hands-on support.
  • Ability to receive mentorship and incorporate feedback into day-to-day work.
  • Ability to participate in internal and external interactions under supervision, focusing on accurate documentation of findings.
  • Ability to deliver visual and document-based results for internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to support internal documentation efforts and feedback loops by collecting and summarizing trends.
  • Familiarity with: project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), documentation tools (e.g., Google Docs, Confluence), analytics platforms (Pendo, PowerBI), Query Languages (SQL)
  • Familiarity with: Using approved AI tools to support routine work (e.g., drafting, summarization, basic research), applying judgment to outputs and following data, privacy, and security standards.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the platform and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Assist in data collection, research, and analysis to support product lifecycle activities, providing insights for decision-making and roadmaps.
  • Contribute to internal process reviews by gathering and reporting data, looking for ways to improve existing tools and systems.
  • Provide insights to inform product strategy using internal, external, market and competitor data.
  • Collect, analyze, interpret, and communicate data-driven insights to clarify decision-making, establish data integrity, and address friction points within data sources.
  • Identify, gather, and refine data that supports project research, utilizing existing systems and tools.
  • Support internal feedback loops by collecting and analyzing trends and data, and tracking outcomes of implemented process changes.
  • Use data and insights to provide clarity around decision-making within the team and the organization.
  • Establish and enforce standards for data integrity and reusability.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving strategic alignment, enhancing velocity, and effectively communicating business outcomes.
  • Participate in customer interactions, gaining insights into needs and preferences while documenting results.
  • Deliver visual and document-based results for internal stakeholders, keeping internal team documentation up to date.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to detect and address friction points within data sources.
  • Create documentation for stakeholders that highlight insights, strategy, and business outcomes supported by data.
