Reporting to the HR Transformation Project Manager, the Business Analyst I supports HR transformation initiatives by documenting and analyzing business processes across multiple HR and other business functions. Working closely with business stakeholders, this role is responsible for capturing current and future state process flows, identifying pain points, and contributing to the development of standardized operating procedures. This role offers hands-on experience within an active HR transformation program, providing exposure to stakeholders across HR Operations, Centres of Excellence (COEs), and Trade Operation Teams. The Business Analyst I will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced project leaders, with opportunities to develop practical skills in process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven analysis while contributing to meaningful, enterprise-wide initiatives. Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at 889 Harbourside Drive, North Vancouver.
