Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a field related to Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or anything relevant.
  • Available to work full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Fall 2026 Term (September to December).
  • Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next Winter 2027 following your internship.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Having a team player mindset.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology.
  • Self-reliant with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams by tracking and following up on post‑workshop action items, coordinating next steps, and ensuring timely alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in drafting clear, well-structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and reviewing workshop materials and outputs for completeness and quality.
  • Conduct analysis and develop comparisons/summaries to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites, and keep project templates and key artifacts accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Provide proactive coordination and administrative support to PMs and leadership, including workshop/meeting prep, consolidating outcomes, driving follow-ups, and supporting team engagement activities.
