Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Determines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of complex, functional and/or cross-functional issues (often complex or with a high level of ambiguity)
  • Provides recommendations that consider the needs of cross functional teams
  • Identifies process gaps and issues and recommends areas for improvement
  • Assesses impact of manual workarounds
  • Determines and utilizes appropriate methodology including Lean Six Sigma where appropriate
  • Facilitates discussions and drives resolution where disagreement exists, escalating where necessary
  • Creates, manages, and leads larger project plans and resources, executing them using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Drives alignment with stakeholders from problem identification through implementation and post-implementation monitoring
  • Communicates team progress
  • Creates scope, project charter and stakeholder analysis
  • Applies appropriate project management skills and best practices including Lean Six Sigma
  • Identifies and manages risks and issues, recommending suitable mitigation plans
  • Analyzes pre and post implementation results and proposes recommendations for improvement
  • Manages process and procedural documentation
  • Completes post deployment analysis, monitoring and control, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Assesses post project benefits and success
  • Leads status reporting, highlighting risks, issues and concerns
  • Makes recommendations for improvement based on report results
  • Creates and publishes more complex dashboards
  • Champions changes to enable customer benefits
  • Assesses priority based on fit to agreed organizational criteria
  • Supports in driving consistency and alignment across different functional teams
  • Recommends alternative solutions, escalating where disagreements persist
  • Leads and facilitates cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization efforts
  • Manages low/medium degrees of conflict, escalating where necessary
  • Obtains, creates and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholders
  • Creates BRD (business requirements document), managing cross-functional and cross-regional reviews
  • Works with the BSA's and Dev. team on solution design and development
  • Assesses solutions from multiple angles, recommending alternatives where appropriate
  • Reviews functional design, working closely with BSAs and DEV teams to ensure solution meets requirements
  • Partners with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas
  • Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodology; may design or improve business processes
  • Facilitates workshops to drive agreement where appropriate
  • Manages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions
  • May work with governance boards or steering committees
  • Identifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communications effectively
  • Understands stakeholder needs and builds effective relationships
  • Utilizes effective methods of communication with stakeholders, varying approach accordingly
  • May lead user acceptance testing
  • May be responsible for ensuring User Acceptance Testing is fully planned and executed
  • Develops and assigns test cases
  • Identifies testing resources
