About The Position

Analyze various topics as assigned, from the simple to the complex, presenting findings, including key information and issues, as well as potential solutions. Evaluate current tracking data in P44 by Movement to identify patterns, gaps, and inefficiencies. Collect feedback from stakeholders including suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to understand their pain points. Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of the tracking information. Customize P44 dashboards to provide relevant metrics and alerts for the Visibility, Inbound Rails and UTRSD Teams. Set up automated alerts for shipment status changes, delays, or deviations. Publish and Present regular daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to various stakeholders including Domestic Transportation teams & leadership, senior management, CTR Associate Dealers, and carrier partners. Identify and action opportunities to improve P44 tracking for both Outbound and Inbound. Evaluate current tracking data to identify patterns, gaps, and inefficiencies. Identify and action opportunities to drive down supply chain costs and/or improve service by applying continuous improvement methodologies to Transportation and related processes. Contribute to identification, analysis, and recommendations of solutions (tools and processes). Work within a team environment to construct, test, and implement solutions. Prepare presentations/findings on projects and activities. Present findings, issues and proposed solutions to various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with Project 44 by Movement
  • Strong proficiency in Data Analytics with Relational Databases (i.e., SQL, Access)
  • Expertise in Data Reporting & Visualization (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Strengths in Mathematics and Statistics
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills combined with creative thinking
  • Over 3 years of supply chain, logistics or manufacturing experience, including knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks, setting and tracking own milestones, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to positively interact and communicate with all levels of management and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project management, process analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline
