About The Position

This team supports Change Management projects & tasks for the broader business group. The idea candidate is technically savvy yet also possesses a Business mindset. The role involves assisting the team with building components to support various reporting teams, documenting information, and interpreting documents and requirements. The candidate will partner with various teams and senior leaders, understanding and articulating the business case of business questions and the estimated value being delivered. They will design dashboards and analyses, select appropriate visualization and analytics tools, identify trends and patterns to address business questions, and provide insights through reporting and data visualization techniques. The role also includes working with other data and analytics professionals to optimize, refine, automate, and scale analysis into repeatable analytics solutions and decision support tools. Building reporting dashboards, providing value through insights, selecting and configuring analytics solutions, researching continuous improvement in data visualization, enhancing the usability and aesthetic appeal of data analytics solutions, translating business needs to technical specifications, evaluating and improving existing data visualization systems, developing visualizations of large amounts of data, and documenting data flow, systems, and processes are key aspects of this position. Additionally, the role involves developing tools and delivering training programs for reporting tools and self-serve analytics for non-analytical end users. The focus may be on a specific business/group. The candidate will think creatively, propose new solutions, exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules, and work mostly independently. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. The role requires taking measured risks while protecting the bank by applying the Risk Management Framework, making sound and risk-informed decisions that align with business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

Experience with data management , data extraction, analyzing to determine what does the data mean? What does it tell us?

Responsibilities

Assist team with building the components to support various reporting teams, documenting information and interpreting documents and requirements
