About The Position

The Business Analyst - Data Analysis will analyze data from a business perspective, understanding the organization's business operations from a data flow angle. This role requires a good understanding of data flow from multiple data sources, data integration, and the presentation layer. The analyst will work with datasets to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making. They will also create visual representations of workflows to identify inefficiencies and design improved processes that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer experience. Collaborating with IT and development teams, BAs will help design systems or solutions that meet business needs. Identifying potential project risks early, BAs will suggest mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track and objectives are met. The role is responsible for ensuring that data-driven insights translate into actionable business solutions, supporting digital transformation, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across industries.
