About The Position

This is a 6-month return-to-work program in partnership with Fidelity Investments, starting in October 2026. The program is designed for professionals returning to work after a career break of 2+ years or those working in part-time or independent contractor roles. The Business Analyst will be an individual contributor within the WPDDX Customer Solutions team, working on complex analysis for high-impact initiatives. The role involves translating strategy into execution by partnering across business and technology teams to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. Business Analysts are expected to be self-starters with attention to detail, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and product/technology teams. The Customer Solutions Team is customer-focused, aiming to deliver features, products, and services that meet customer needs. This global community of over 250 associates turns business goals into clear plans and practical solutions that create customer value.

Requirements

• 3-5 years transferable experience
• Able to identify and document current state processes, experiences, use cases, business requirements, and solution documentation.
• Knowledge of workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write effective stories, summarize, organize and categorize information used for decision making with key stakeholders, product and technology teams and other business partners.
• Effective meeting disciplines, ability to contribute to discussions and document key discussion points and outcomes
• Ability to identify deliverables, owners, and target dates.
• Able to perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure traceability of test cases.
• Take initiative to communicate issues/client feedback with Business and IT Product Leader(s)/Manager(s) to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Identify and document dependencies across teams.
• Familiar with tools such as Confluence, MIRO, and backlog management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and work management or delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar).

Responsibilities
