Successful candidates will collaborate with team members to address analytics needs, support strategic planning processes, and drive Manulife's strategic priorities. Ideal applicants are currently studying Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field and possess strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to adapt to changing environments. Experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL, and SEO analysis is a plus. Requirements

• Studying Finance, Economics, Law, or relevant undergraduate degree.
• 1 year of business experience including business analysis, business requirement documentation or project management experience a plus.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• A strong ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and the ability to work through internal ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Highly developed planning, organizing, and negotiating skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proven innovative thinker and problem solver; brings a big-picture perspective – the ability to see how all the pieces fit together and contribute to the achievement of broader organizational objectives; strong business acumen and judgment.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Excel and Excel VBA Macros, Power BI, SQL, and SEO analysis is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform innovative and problem-solving work while learning how transformations impact a business.
• Collaborate with team members to assess, manage, and respond to the ongoing needs of analytics.
• Partner with team members to drive Manulife's strategic priorities, you will represent the team on cross-functional work, identify issues, escalate as required, and recommend solutions to keep priorities on track.
• Research and analysis of industry trends, market positioning, or competitive activity related to a component of an overall segment/function strategy may be consistently performed for the team.
• Support the implementation of a strategic planning framework and processes that engage leaders in effective strategic dialogues, decision-making, and planning.
• Promote and enable a high degree of collaboration among stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure successful and quick delivery.
