The Technology & Operations Program (TOP) was established in 2000 to develop the next generation of leaders. This two-year program for recent graduates involves four challenging six-month rotations in a specific track, in this case, Business Analysis, before joining a permanent team. Associates will have the opportunity to rotate through various business areas, gaining exposure and visibility across the firm, while benefiting from formalized training and mentorship. Technologists are integral to every strategic decision and investment at AllianceBernstein, collaborating closely with business leaders to enable new and evolving investment strategies, markets, and processes. Business Analysts serve as the 'face of technology' to the business, acting as the liaison between business users and technical teams. They translate business needs into technical requirements, manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder communication, and provide user training as needed. Business Analyst Associates are assigned to diverse teams supporting institutional investors, research analysts, portfolio managers, client relationship managers, traders, wholesalers, and more. Working alongside Senior Business Analysts and Project Managers, they will learn key business processes, AllianceBernstein's products and services, and the technological underpinnings of an investment management firm.
